What we do

Individualised, goal-driven support

Our team is specifically trained to work with NDIS participants with complex psychosocial disabilities. We also support participants with a range of disabilities and support needs, including Autism, Intellectual Disability, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. We have further expanded our services to include young people in the juvenile justice system or state care.

Our services help clients build resilience, emotional intelligence and self-awareness, while strengthening mental health, physical wellbeing and overall quality of life.

We work collaboratively with families, support networks, allied health professionals, support coordinators, coaches and government agencies, so every client feels supported, understood and empowered as they work toward greater independence.

Our story

Founded on lived experience. Built on professional expertise. Evolved through strong leadership.

Evolve Coaching & Wellbeing was founded to meet the growing need for inclusive, holistic and trauma-informed disability and mental health supports across South Australia and Victoria.

Our founder and Director Meegan Cassell brought together lived experience, frontline practice and leadership experience to shape Evolve’s approach. Her background includes youth work supporting young people transitioning from state care, experience within the disability sector, and ongoing professional and academic development across mental health and psychological science.

Those foundations continue to shape Evolve today, but as Evolve has grown, so has our leadership.

Meegan Cassell

Founder, Director & Advisor

Meegan now works primarily as Director & Advisor, providing strategic direction, practice guidance and oversight while stepping back from the day-to-day operations of the organisation.

Her focus has expanded to developing The Kindness Project, creating inclusive community activities and opportunities, and delivering workplace training and mentoring designed to strengthen the skills, confidence and capacity of people working within the disability and community sectors.

Sunniva Deare

Operations Manager & Team Leader

Our daily operations are led by Sunniva, who brings qualifications in mental health, a background in aged care, and hands-on experience supporting people with complex needs.

Sunniva oversees our support team and the day-to-day delivery of services, helping ensure our values translate into consistent, person-centred practice.

Together with our broader team, this combination of lived experience, professional knowledge, operational leadership and frontline experience allows Evolve to remain true to what it was created to be:

A service where people are known as individuals, and support is built around the person rather than expecting the person to fit the service.

We continue to evolve, but our foundation remains the same: individualised, relationship-based and genuinely bespoke support.

Our growth

Grown by word of mouth

Since launching, Evolve has grown organically into a team of skilled, experienced and qualified professionals. Together, we offer bespoke supports that build:

  1. Resilience
  2. Emotional intelligence
  3. Self-awareness
  4. Improved mental health and wellbeing
  5. Greater independence and quality of life

Our approach

Person-centred, with choice and control

Our approach is aligned with the NDIS principles of choice and control. We collaborate closely with the people around you, so your supports are coordinated and consistent, make everyday life easier, and bring long-term results.
